Tightening Hardware:
1.Systematically check and tighten **all screws**: hingeshandle/lock assemblies, roller brackets, track mountingbrackets,opener hardware.Use the correct screwdriver bitto avoid stripping.
2.**Fixing Locks/Latches:*****Misaligned Strike Plate:** Loosen screws, adjust plateposition slightly so latch bolt engages smoothly, retighten.***Binding Latch/Lock:** Lubricate mechanism. Checkfor bent components.
* **Faulty Lock:** Replacement is usually required. Matchthe lock type and backset measurement.
3. **Putting a Door Back On Track (lf Derailed):*****Disconnect the opener and secure the door.*** **Get Help!** Aluminum doors are heavy.
*Fully release tension on the rollers using the adjustmentscrews to lift the door high.
Carefully lift the derailed end of the door *just enough*to clear the track.
*Maneuver the rollers back *inside* the track channe* Slowly lower the door by adjusting the screws untilrollers seat properly.
Test operation manually before reconnecting opener.
